First Breach's CQS Drone Achieves Successful Test Flight

First Breach Inc., a defense technologies company, announced the successful completion of a flight mission by its Close Quarters Strike (CQS) drone prototype. The drone covered a distance of 2 km while carrying a payload of 500 g and achieved a top speed of 120 km/h. This marks a milestone as it is the first time the company has tested these parameters in combination.

The CEO, Jeffrey Low, regards this as a significant advancement for the CQS program, enhancing confidence towards production readiness. The company aims to complete its initial prototypes by the end of 2026 and start scaling production by mid-2027, with a production target of over 2,500 drones per week.

However, the pace of production expansion will depend on progress in development, testing, and readiness for manufacturing.
