First Canadian Graphite finalizes ownership option in Quebec

First Canadian Graphite Inc. has received regulatory approval to acquire a 100% interest in 51 mining claims in northern Quebec. The agreement includes a $30,000 cash payment, the issuance of 1,200,000 shares, and $500,000 in exploration expenditures over three years. This move strengthens their strategic position in the Lac Guéret graphite district. The Lac Guéret Sud project, rich in graphitic carbon, is adjacent to a major Nouveau Monde Graphite project.

In addition, milestone bonuses of up to $500,000 are planned for economic progress and commercial production. Preliminary analyses indicate significant mineral resources, offering substantial exploration potential. FC Graphite maintains ethical relationships with local Indigenous communities, as the project is located on the ancestral Innu territory of Pessamit.
