First Canadian Graphite Inc. Announces New Financing Initiative
First Canadian Graphite Inc. has announced a new flow-through financing initiative aiming to raise up to $2 million CAD. The company plans to offer 3,448,276 flow-through common shares at a price of $0.58 each. This new funding will complement a previously announced $3 million CAD hard-dollar financing.
The proceeds are earmarked for field stripping and a diamond drilling program at the Lac Guéret South graphite project in Québec. This project aims to execute an anticipated 20,000 meters of drilling to further resource exploration within the Nitassinan territory of the Pessamit Innu.
The financing is contingent on receiving approvals from the TSX Venture Exchange. Issued securities will have a hold period of four months plus one day. Should any finder's fees be applicable, they will align with current TSX policies.
