First Canadian Graphite Inc.: Annual General Meeting Results and Appointments

In Montreal, First Canadian Graphite Inc. held its recent virtual general meeting. With approximately 36.23% of the shares represented, the resolution to increase the number of directors to five was adopted with 97.39% of the votes cast. The elected directors include John LaGourgue, Michael Iverson, Rich Beaven, the Honourable Christian Paradis, and Alberto De Luca. Smythe LLP was appointed auditor by a large majority.

The 2026 incentive plan was approved by shareholders with 94.04% of the votes. The board also appointed John LaGourgue as Chief Executive Officer, Scott Kelly as Chief Financial Officer, and adopted a new corporate governance charter. FC Graphite is continuing the development of its Lac Guéret Sud project, focusing on respectful relations with the Pessamit Innu First Nation.
