First Canadian Graphite Inc. Secures $3M Financing

First Canadian Graphite Inc. plans to raise $3,000,000 CAD by issuing 6,666,667 units priced at $0.45 each. Each unit includes one common share and a half warrant, exercisable at $0.75 over two years. If shares trade at or above $1.10 for 10 days, the exercise period may be reduced to 30 days with notice.

The funds will support working capital and a 20,000-meter drilling program. While allocated as stated, reallocations are possible for business reasons. Insiders may participate, with details to be disclosed upon closing. Regulatory approvals are pending.

The financing aids exploration at Lac Guéret South, where a high-grade graphite system has been identified. CEO John LaGourgue remains optimistic about advancing the project towards a resource estimate. The securities are subject to hold periods and compliance with applicable laws.
