Fleury Michon: Update of share capital as of July 31, 2025
Fleury Michon has announced its share capital figures as of July 31, 2025. In accordance with Articles 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations and L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code, the company provides information on the number of shares and voting rights outstanding.
The share capital is composed of 4,387,757 shares, a figure that has remained stable since the end of June 2025. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 7,423,990, while the exercisable voting rights are 7,216,140. These figures result from the exclusion of shares deprived of voting rights from the total.
