Florentaise: Summary of consolidated accounts 2024-2025 and notice of the General Meeting

Florentaise has published its consolidated financial statements for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. These statements, marked by restructuring and a 29% increase in international activities, have been audited with reservations. Revenue decreased by 12.5% to €58.4 million, while operating income fell from €1.3 million to -€9.6 million. This situation is primarily due to amortization, depreciation, and restructuring in France initiated during the year.

Logistical difficulties related to the receivership proceedings impacted the French business, whose revenue fell by 27.9%. In contrast, international operations, particularly in China, saw strong growth. Following the discontinuation of its potting soil business for the general public in France, Florentaise refocused its activity on renewable raw materials. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for November 19, 2026, to review these results.
