FMR LLC reduces its stake in Sopra Steria Group
On September 14, 2026, FMR LLC crossed below the 5% threshold of voting rights in Sopra Steria Group. According to the declaration received on September 17, FMR LLC now holds 1,255,482 shares, representing 6.38% of the share capital and 4.93% of the voting rights. This change resulted from a sale of shares on the market.
The shares are distributed among several subsidiaries of FMR LLC, including FIAM LLC with 405,498 shares, and Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC with 737,677 shares. FMR LLC also holds a right of recall agreement on 10,975 shares, allowing it to recall these shares at any time.
