Foncière INEA reduces its liquidity contract
On July 10, 2025, Foncière INEA reduced the cash resources of its liquidity agreement with Rothschild Martin Maurel. This decision aims to comply with the €2 million ceiling set by the AMF for illiquid securities. As of that date, the liquidity account held 19,369 securities and €1,224,021.90 in cash.
In comparison, as of June 30, 2025, the account contained 19,335 securities and €1,540,415. This reduction is in line with Article 4.6 of AMF Decision No. 2021-01. Foncière INEA continues to comply with current regulations to optimize the management of its resources.
Half-year results will be published on July 24, 2025, followed by third-quarter revenue on October 14, 2025.
