Foncière Volta acquires the "Marco Polo" building in Clichy

On August 31, 2026, Foncière Volta announced the acquisition of the "Marco Polo" building in Clichy, an 8,100 m² office building. This building, acquired in partnership with the Distrimo group, is located in the ZAC des Terrains Citroën and offers an excellent location with privileged access to metro lines 14, 13 and the RER C.

For a total of €17.5 million excluding taxes, or approximately €2,200 per square meter, this transaction is financially attractive. It is financed by a real estate lease from Arkea Banque. Laurent Diernaz, CEO of Foncière Volta, emphasizes the value creation potential of this investment.
