Foodist İstanbul: A Strategic Gateway to Türkiye's Food Industry
The Foodist İstanbul International Food & Beverage Products Exhibition is set to launch at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in İstanbul from 1–4 September 2026. Organized by Tüyap Fairs and ALZ Group, the event seeks to position itself among the world's top three food fairs. The exhibition, supported by the Türkiye Food Platform, aims to boost Türkiye's export market.
The exhibition will draw over 70,000 professionals from 150 countries, featuring VIP delegations from 50 focus nations. It targets an expansive visitor profile, including manufacturers, exporters, importers, and wholesalers. The strategic September timing aligns with peak industry order cycles, enhancing export opportunities.
Foodist İstanbul offers a specialized trade environment, showcasing a wide product range. The event's structure facilitates direct interactions between exhibitors and buyers, promoting new export partnerships and market presence for Turkish producers.
