Forbo Announces Strategic Transformation for Movement Systems Division

Forbo Group has unveiled a new operating model and leadership change for its Movement Systems division, effective June 1, 2026. These steps follow a strategic review aiming to rejuvenate profitable growth and strengthen global customer relations.

The division will transition from a geographic to a functional organization, emphasizing operational excellence, commercial rigor, and swift execution. A new Global Operations function will unify production, fabrication, and services, capitalizing on Forbo's competitive strengths.

CEO Johannes Huber will directly lead Movement Systems, aligning with company strategy to achieve results. This change follows Marc Deimling's exit, who contributed significantly during his tenure, notably in global modernization and innovation.
