Heinz Hössli Appointed as New CFO of Forbo Group

Forbo Holding AG announced the appointment of Heinz Hössli as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Forbo Group. He will assume his role on July 1, 2026, succeeding Peter Germann, the interim CFO since October 2025. Germann is set to retire after the transition.

Heinz Hössli, a 56-year-old Swiss national, brings substantial experience to Forbo, having served as the CFO of Interroll Group since 2020. He has an extensive background in financial management and holds a CPA from EXPERTsuisse in Zurich and a Global Executive MBA from Duke University.

Before Interroll, Hössli spent 21 years at Bühler Group in various financial roles, including key positions like CFO of the Die Casting division. His international experience spans across the USA and Mexico.

Bernhard Merki, Chairman of the Board of Forbo Holding Ltd, expressed confidence in Hössli's appointment, highlighting his expertise in industrial technology and automation, which complements CEO Johannes Huber's experience in construction.
