Ford Appoints Maria Grazia Davino as New VP of Sales in Europe
Ford has announced the appointment of Maria Grazia Davino as Vice President of Sales for Ford of Europe, effective October 1, 2026. Based in Cologne, Davino will oversee sales and commercial operations across the continent. She will report directly to Jim Baumbick, President of Ford of Europe.
This strategic move is part of Ford's broader plan to enhance its presence in Europe, focusing on customer experience and expanding its product lineup, which includes the introduction of five new passenger vehicle models by 2029. The company also aims to bolster its Ford Pro commercial vehicle sector, where it already holds a leading position.
Davino brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, having previously worked with BYD Europe and Stellantis, where she led various sectors, including the transition to electric vehicles. Ford expects her expertise will drive the company's growth in the European market.
