2025 Results of Equatorial Forestry
The Board of Directors of Forestière Équatoriale, meeting on March 27, 2026, adopted the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year in accordance with OHADA standards. The operating result shows an improvement, reaching -173 million CFA francs, compared to -185 million in 2024. This improvement is explained by an increase in expenses, particularly fees, partially offset by a decrease in taxes.
However, the financial result declined, falling from 856 million CFA francs in 2024 to 624 million in 2025, mainly due to a decrease in interest income linked to lower rates.
Despite a tax charge of 35 million CFA francs, the net result reached 416 million CFA francs, down from 649 million in 2024. An unchanged dividend of 3,300 CFA francs per share will be proposed.
