Formation Metals Advances with Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for N2 Gold Project

Formation Metals Inc. has announced its plan to initiate a maiden mineral resource estimate at its N2 Gold Project in Quebec. The company has conducted a 30,000-metre drill program, aiming to increase its resource estimate, which currently stands at approximately 871,000 ounces of gold.

The expanded Phase 1 drill program, now encompassing 14,000 metres, has shown promising results. Noteworthy intervals include 208.8 metres of target mineralization in drill hole N2-25-008 and 166.8 metres in N2-25-011. These outcomes suggest significant potential for open-pit mining given the shallow and continuous nature of mineralization.

With an exploration budget of C$8.1M for 2025-2026, Formation Metals plans to incorporate extensive historical data and new drill results to finalize its resource estimate by Q3 2026. The project's strategic location in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt offers year-round access and proximity to established mining infrastructure.
