Formation Metals Launches $15 Million Offering to Boost Quebec Gold Exploration
Formation Metals Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $15 million. The funds will boost their 2026 drill program to 50,000 meters at the N2 Gold Project in Quebec. This project includes a historic resource of approximately 871,000 ounces of gold across several zones.
Currently, the company has a fully funded 30,000-meter drill program, which has shown promising results at the A-Zone, including notable gold intercepts. The expanded program will focus on extending the A-zone along strike and exploring new findings south of previously drilled areas.
The offering will comprise different unit types, with proceeds facilitating the addition of a third drill rig on-site. Formation Metals aims to continue drilling success and expand their maiden resource by the fall.
