His expertise is expected to aid Formation Metals as it enhances its operations, particularly at its N2 Gold Project in Quebec. Recent drilling results from the project have shown promising gold grades, supporting the potential for an open-pit resource.

The N2 Project, consisting of 87 claims across Quebec's Abitibi Greenstone Belt, has historically hosted 871,000 ounces of gold. The addition of Rosmus is viewed as a strategic move to bolster the company's exploration and development efforts. His appointment marks a significant step in strengthening Formation Metals' strategic advisory capabilities in advancing its mining projects.
