Usha Resources Ltd. Announces Leadership Change
Usha Resources Ltd., a North American mineral acquisition and exploration firm, has announced a change in its leadership structure. Effective September 11, 2026, Navin Kumar Varshney has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director. Deepak Varshney, the former CEO and Corporate Secretary, will continue as a director of the company. The transition marks a shift aimed at bolstering the company's strategic goals in mineral exploration.
Navin Kumar Varshney is a co-founder of Usha and brings extensive experience with a history in the metals and mining sectors. He was previously Usha's first CEO, CFO, and Corporate Secretary until December 2019. His appointment is pending acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. This leadership change takes place amidst Usha’s ongoing focus on developing lithium projects such as Jackpot Lake in Nevada and properties in Ontario.
