Forsee Power Reports Q3 2025 Revenue and Strategic Developments
Forsee Power announced a revenue of €24.1 million for the third quarter of 2025, indicating a 16% decline from the same period in 2024. The company, specializing in smart battery systems for electric vehicles, saw its revenue drop primarily in the heavy vehicle segment, down to €21.4 million, and in light vehicles, recording €2.7 million in sales.
Over the first nine months of 2025, total revenue reached €105 million, representing a 7% drop compared with 2024. This decrease is attributed to declining cell prices and postponed major programs. However, amid challenges, Forsee Power remains steadfast in achieving its 2025 financial objectives, targeting revenue between €120 million and €125 million.
Recent strategic moves include entering a partnership with Rolls-Royce and a partnership with KGHM in Poland. Additionally, Forsee Power transferred its listing to Euronext Growth Paris and appointed Philippe Platon as CFO. Their ongoing RePower27 strategy aims to restore profitability and prepare for growth, focusing on financial optimization, reducing breakeven points, and creating long-term value.
