FORTEC Elektronik AG Acquires Advantec to Strengthen Benelux Presence

FORTEC Elektronik AG has completed the acquisition of Advantec Electronics B.V., enhancing its footprint in the Benelux region. This strategic move merges Advantec with Nottrot B.V., a recent purchase, forming the new regional unit, FORTEC Benelux. Focused on power supplies and industrial applications, Advantec is a key player in sectors like automation and defense.

FORTEC already owned 36.7% of Advantec and sees this full acquisition as a way to capitalize on existing market relationships. The integration aims to boost synergies in Western and Central Europe and foster regional growth. Concurrently, FORTEC is advancing in Eastern Europe, Spain, and France while strengthening its online marketplace presence.

The supervisory board is in the process of appointing a new management board to guide the company through this expansion phase.
