FORTEC Elektronik AG Delays Financial Statement Release

FORTEC Elektronik AG has postponed the publication of its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2024/2025. Originally scheduled for release on 30 October 2025, the delay is due to an unresolved issue at a foreign subsidiary, linked to a recent personnel change. The annual financial statements, however, have been audited and received an unqualified audit opinion on 30 September 2025. They were approved by the Supervisory Board the same day and are set for publication as initially planned. FORTEC commits to announcing a new release date for the consolidated statements as soon as the audit is completed.
