Fox E-mobility AG Announces Management Board Changes
Fox E-mobility AG has declared a forthcoming change in its Management Board. The Supervisory Board decided that Philippe Perret's term as a board member will conclude on December 7, 2025. This conclusion coincides with the expiration of the management contract between Fox E-mobility AG and Phimac Conseil SARL of Marseille, France, which administers Mr. Perret's board activities and remuneration. This contract will not be renewed. The company plans to reveal the composition of its new Management Board on November 17, 2025. Until his departure, Mr. Perret will collaborate with the incoming board members to ensure a smooth transition.
