Fox e-mobility AG: Annual Financial Report 2024 Overview

Fox e-mobility AG has published its annual financial report for 2024, approved by the Supervisory Board on August 1, 2025. The company, which remains in the development phase, reported no revenue from vehicle sales in 2024. A significant loss of EUR 68,028,000 was recorded, influenced by a substantial write-down of its stake in Fox Automotive Switzerland AG.

By the end of 2024, the company's equity stood at EUR 16,000, with liabilities reaching EUR 6,266,000. As part of a strategic shift, the company announced a cash capital increase aimed at raising EUR 7,328,930. This initiative will primarily fund prototype development.

Efforts to reduce liabilities were successful, achieving a reduction of approximately EUR 4,000,000 through debt restructuring and trade payable adjustments. The strategic realignment involves enhancing the management team and advancing prototype development, scheduled for completion by Q3 2026.
