Fox River Resources Modifies Interim Order for Shareholder Rights
Fox River Resources Corporation (CSE:FOX) announced that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has amended the interim order initially issued on May 21, 2026. This amendment affects the plan of arrangement with Avenir Minerals Limited by extending dissent rights. Now, all Registered Shareholders can exercise these rights regardless of their status on the record date of May 14, 2026.
