FDE welcomes Jonathan Ludmir as an observer on the Board of Directors
La Française de l'Énergie (FDE) announces the appointment of Jonathan Ludmir as an observer on its Board of Directors. Representing InfraWealth Capital, his appointment reflects the confidence of this institutional investor, which holds 5.7% of FDE's capital. InfraWealth, an infrastructure specialist, contributes its expertise to FDE's strategy, which focuses on low-carbon energy.
