The Française Énergie semi-annual report has been made available.

La Française de l'Énergie (FDE), a low-carbon energy producer, has published its half-year financial report for the period ending December 31, 2025. Adopted by the Board of Directors on March 30, 2026, this report was reviewed by the auditors. However, a reservation was noted regarding €2,832,000 in revenue recorded under "other operating income" related to a contract with Cryo Pur, an FDE subsidiary.

The auditors believe that the IFRS 15 criteria for recognizing this product are not met, therefore impacting net income if removed. The Board of Directors defends the validity of the accounting treatment adopted. This item does not affect FDE's cash flow, as the payments have already been made by the client.
