Franco-Belgian Malts SA: Financial Results 2025-2026
On October 27, 2026, Malteries Franco-Belges (MFB) published its annual results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Despite a challenging market environment, the company demonstrated resilience. Revenue reached €116.8 million, a decrease of 11.9% compared to the previous year. This decline was due to lower sales volumes and a drop in barley prices. Operating profit amounted to €3.2 million, representing a decrease of €2.6 million compared to the previous fiscal year.
The contribution from Compagnie Internationale de Malteries amounted to €21.8 million, down compared to the previous year, although volumes remained stable. MFB's net income was €25.6 million, reflecting resilient domestic business despite the challenges. MFB is continuing its investments to maintain its competitiveness and plans to pay a dividend of €3.93 per share following the Annual General Meeting scheduled for December 17, 2026.
