Freelance.com transfers its liquidity contract to Portzamparc

Freelance.com announced on March 31, 2026, the transfer of its liquidity contract to Portzamparc, part of the BNP Paribas group. This contract, automatically renewable annually, begins on March 31, 2026. It complies with AMF regulations and the AMAFI code of ethics, aiming to promote the group's shares on Euronext Growth Paris.

Upon termination of the previous contract with Gilbert Dupont on March 30, 2026, the liquid assets consisted of 38,550 shares and €40,607.48. These same assets will be allocated to the new contract. The previous contract, established in June 2018, did not include shares but held €100,000.

This contract may be suspended if Freelance.com no longer has authorization to repurchase its shares or upon request. The parties may terminate the contract without notice or with one month's notice for Portzamparc.
