Fresenius Launches €200 Million Venture Fund for Healthcare Innovation

Michael Sen, CEO of Fresenius, emphasizes that Fresenius Ventures is critical for the strategic plan, #FutureFresenius. The initiative seeks to position the company advantageously within the healthcare ecosystem while reinforcing its innovation capabilities. Heading this project is Thomas Michael Thestrup, an experienced professional in healthcare venture capital.
Fresenius Ventures is aimed at expanding innovation networks, focusing on bio-pharmaceuticals, MedTech, and care provision. It covers areas like precision nutrition and digital care solutions, enhancing Fresenius's capital allocation strategy.
