FRIEDRICH VORWERK Reports 70% EBITDA Growth in H1 2026, Raises Full-Year Forecast
In the first half of 2026, FRIEDRICH VORWERK Group SE increased its EBITDA by 70% to €93 million, compared to €54.5 million in the previous year, while maintaining stable revenue expectations for the full year. The company's revenue grew by 11% to €337.3 million. This growth is attributed to recruitment success, effective project execution, and a robust order situation. Despite strong operational results, net cash significantly rose to €212 million.
Order intake reached €321.2 million, with a total project volume of €470.1 million including joint ventures. The order backlog as of 30 June 2026 was €1,005 million, demonstrating continued business strength. In response to these positive developments, the management increased the 2026 EBITDA forecast to €180-200 million, up from the previous €160-180 million range. Revenue expectations remain unaltered at €730-780 million.
