The court confirmed the arbitration award, totaling USD $3,059,998 plus interest, against Dr. Raza Bokhari, who serves as Chairman and CEO of Medicus Pharma Ltd.

The judgment includes USD $147,301.04 and CAD $2,861,141.70 (spread across several claims), all accruing interest until satisfaction. This follows an arbitration ruling in Ontario, Canada, where Dr. Bokhari's termination by FSD was upheld.

The district court found no valid grounds under the New York Convention to deny enforcement of the arbitration awards. FSD Pharma intends to pursue all means to collect the awarded amounts from Dr. Bokhari.
