FUCHS SE Extends CEO Stefan Fuchs's Contract

The Supervisory Board of FUCHS SE has decided to extend the contract of CEO Stefan Fuchs until June 30, 2029. This announcement was made during the board meeting held on October 1, 2025, in Mannheim, Germany. Stefan Fuchs, who has been with the company for 29 years, has held the CEO position since 2004 and is responsible for Group Development, Human Resources, Corporate Marketing & Communications, and Strategy.

Supervisory Board Chairman Dr. Christoph Loos expressed confidence in Fuchs's leadership, highlighting the ongoing trust and collaboration between them. The board aims to ensure a sustainable future for the company. Other board members' contracts, including Dr. Timo Reister and Dr. Ralph Rheinboldt, have been set to run until 2028. CFO Esma Saglik and CTO Mathieu Boulandet also have contracts extending to 2028.
