FUCHS SE Increases EBIT Forecast Following Strong H1 2026 Performance

FUCHS SE has announced revised preliminary results for the first half of 2026, which surpassed expectations. The company now anticipates sales revenues of €2,003 million, a significant rise from €1,804 million in H1 2025. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) reached €260 million, up from €209 million last year.

The second quarter EBIT stood at €135 million, exceeding the €101 million from Q2 2025 and the consensus estimate of €108 million. This growth is attributed to robust sales driven by pre-buying effects linked to the Middle East conflict, competitors' limited delivery capabilities, and organic growth.

For the fiscal year 2026, FUCHS anticipates an EBIT between €460 million and €480 million, adjusting from the previous forecast of around €450 million. However, the company notes that pre-buying effects may negatively impact sales volume, and rising raw material costs could pressure margins in the second half.
