Fuller, Smith & Turner Announces Share Cancellation and Voting Rights Update
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the cancellation of 700,000 'A' ordinary shares held in Treasury, effective 9 January 2025. This is part of the company's ongoing share buyback program, which since July 2024, has seen the cancellation of 3,200,000 'A' ordinary shares. The move aligns with UK Listing Rule 9.8.2 requirements.
Following the cancellation, Fuller’s issued share capital now comprises 37,982,339 'A' ordinary shares, 89,052,625 'B' ordinary shares, and 13,366,013 'C' ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. Currently, 3,477,562 'A' shares and 4,327,915 'B' shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights stands at 34,504,777, an important figure for shareholders under FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
