Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Completes Share Buyback Transaction
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the completion of a share buyback on May 9, 2024, as part of its share buyback programme initiated on March 22, 2024. The company repurchased 5,000 'A' ordinary shares at a uniform price of 620 GBp per share through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller’s total listed issued share capital is 41,182,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,461,581 of these held in treasury. The total voting rights in the company now stand at 36,720,758, important for shareholders in relation to the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
