Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Update

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has conducted a share buyback, acquiring 15,000 'A' ordinary shares at a nominal value of 40p each. The purchases were made on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited, part of a buyback programme initiated on 14 March 2025.

On 2 April 2025, the company bought the shares at a price range of 516.00 GBp to 520.00 GBp, with an average price of 517.3333 GBp. These shares will be held in Treasury. Following this acquisition, Fuller’s listed issued share capital includes 37,322,789 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,885,330 held in Treasury. This leaves 33,437,459 voting rights available for shareholders.
