Fuller, Smith & Turner Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has carried out a significant buyback of its own shares. The company repurchased 20,000 of its 'A' ordinary shares, each valued at 40p, on the London Stock Exchange. Numis Securities Limited facilitated this transaction, which is part of the share buyback programme announced on 23 August 2024.
The highest price paid per share was 662p, while the lowest was 658p, resulting in an average share price of 661.7636p. These repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Post-transaction, Fuller’s has a total issued share capital of 38,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,544,652 shares held in Treasury.
As a result, the total number of voting rights stands at 35,137,687. This figure is vital for shareholders to determine their notification obligations as per the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
