Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the repurchase of 12,000 of its "A" Ordinary Shares, each valued at 40 pence, on July 2, 2025. This transaction is part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated in March 2025, executed through Numis Securities Limited.
The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 602.00 GBp to 604.00 GBp, with an average price of 603.8672 GBp per share. Post-purchase, the company will hold the shares in Treasury.
Following this transaction, Fuller’s total share capital includes 36,822,789 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 3,885,421 held in Treasury, resulting in 32,937,368 voting shares for regulatory purposes.
