Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the purchase of 3,409 of its "A" Ordinary Shares, each valued at 40p. This transaction occurred on July 28, 2025, through Numis Securities Limited, as part of a previously announced share buyback program. Each share was acquired at a consistent price of 600 GBp.
The company plans to retain these shares in its Treasury. Post-transaction, Fuller's total issued share capital amounts to 36,822,789 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 3,954,724 held in Treasury. Consequently, the company has 32,868,065 voting rights remaining.
