On 20 March 2025, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the purchase of 10,000 of its 'A' ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction was executed through Numis Securities Limited as part of the share buyback programme initiated on 14 March 2025.
The shares were purchased at prices ranging from 530.00 GBp to 535.00 GBp, with an average price of 532.50 GBp per share. The company plans to hold the repurchased shares in Treasury.
