Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc has completed a buyback of 125,714 of its own Ordinary Shares. The transaction was executed on the London Stock Exchange through Investec Bank plc. This action is part of the buyback program announced on October 16, 2024. The shares were purchased at a highest price of 122.50p, a lowest price of 118.50p, and a volume-weighted average price of 119.8879p.

The company will cancel all the repurchased shares, reducing its total issued share capital to 326,417,332 Ordinary Shares. There are no shares held in Treasury, and this number will serve as the denominator for shareholder notifications as per FCA regulations.
