Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

On January 19, 2026, Funding Circle Holdings plc executed a buyback of 45,262 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were purchased from Investec Bank plc, following a buyback announcement on May 15, 2025.
