Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc completed a buyback of its own Ordinary Shares from Investec Bank plc on 19 February 2025. The transaction involved purchasing 95,791 shares at the London Stock Exchange, with the highest price per share at 108.50p and the lowest at 105.50p. The volume-weighted average price was recorded at 107.3851p per share.

All acquired shares will be cancelled, reducing the company's issued share capital to 321,847,448 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. This cancellation eliminates the presence of Treasury-held shares. Shareholders can use the updated share count for obligation notifications under the FCA's rules.
