Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback from Investec Bank

Funding Circle Holdings plc has completed a buyback transaction involving 65,000 Ordinary Shares purchased from Investec Bank plc. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange as part of the buyback program initiated on 15 May 2025. The shares were bought at prices ranging between 142.00p and 148.00p, with a volume-weighted average price of 145.3777p per share. The acquired shares will be held in treasury.

Post-purchase, Funding Circle holds 4,779,614 shares in treasury, with 299,961,962 Ordinary Shares remaining in issue, representing the Company’s total voting rights. This corporate action aligns with the Market Abuse Regulation and the relevant European Union directives, ensuring transparency and compliance.
