Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange
On 27 February 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc executed a share buyback, purchasing 83,444 Ordinary Shares from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. The buyback, part of a program announced on 16 October 2024, saw shares bought at prices ranging from 106.50p to 108.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 107.6229p per share.
The shares acquired will be canceled, reducing Funding Circle's issued share capital to 320,880,075 Ordinary Shares, all carrying voting rights. This update will be used by shareholders for notification obligations under FCA rules. The transaction adheres to the Market Abuse Regulation as part of retained EU law.
