Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange

On January 3, 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc executed a share buyback transaction involving the purchase and cancellation of 163,045 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, acquired from Investec Bank plc. This initiative is part of the company's buyback program announced in October 2024.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from 133.50p to 135.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 134.8099p per share. Following cancellation, the company's issued share capital will comprise 327,410,392 ordinary shares with voting rights, with no shares held in treasury.
