Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange

On December 2, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc completed a transaction involving its own shares on the London Stock Exchange. The company purchased 143,183 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc as part of a previously announced buyback program initiated on October 16, 2024. The shares were bought back at a volume weighted average price of 140.9764 pence per share, with the highest price paid being 142.50 pence and the lowest at 139.50 pence.

Following this transaction, Funding Circle plans to cancel the repurchased shares, leaving the company with an issued share capital of 329,971,547 ordinary shares with voting rights. This buyback is in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation, under the European Union's retained laws post-Brexit.
