Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced its total issued listed share capital, as of 28 November 2025. The company has a total of 304,741,576 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 0.1p. Of these, 1,402,623 shares are held in Treasury, resulting in 303,338,953 shares carrying voting rights.
