Funding Circle Plc Completes Share Buyback
On 25 February 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the completion of a share buyback on the London Stock Exchange. The company purchased 197,617 ordinary shares from Investec Bank plc. Prices varied from 106.00p to 108.50p, averaging 107.7988p per share. All repurchased shares will be canceled, reducing the total share capital to 321,121,152 ordinary shares with voting rights.
